Desperate Housewives has been renewed for an 8th season by ABC last May 17, 2011. The deceased Mary Alice Young continues to narrate the events in the lives of her friends and Wisteria Lane residents, Susan Delfino, Lynette Scavo, Bree Van de Kamp and Gabrielle Solis. And before we can forget, it was confirmed that the eighth season will be the show's final season.
